Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

We ship based on the exact details you provide at checkout, so please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping or return handling fees. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, and we recommend shipping to a residential or office address where someone is available to receive the parcel, as a signature may be required.

Once your order is shipped, we are no longer liable for delays or damage during transit. Any shipping-related claims should be made directly with the courier. Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

Peninsular Malaysia: RM10
Sabah & Sarawak: RM15

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control. By placing an order, you accept that customs processing in your country may affect delivery timelines.

All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in your order total. You, as the recipient, are responsible for settling any applicable charges upon delivery.

We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees for oversized orders or to cancel such orders when necessary. We also do not deliver to international P.O. Boxes.

Return & Refunds

All Sales Are Final.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Send a clear photo of the damaged item to aqmerchcs@gmail.com and await further instructions.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Applies only to items that do not fit or are unsuitable in appearance (subject to availability).
  • Maximum of one exchange per Order ID/Receipt.
  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or discounted purchases
  • Worn, soiled, washed, or altered items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect care (washing/storing/ironing)
  • Orders via Personal Shoppers or preloved purchases

Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation via email. Please be aware that the products displayed on this Site may be out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, and availability is not guaranteed. Additionally, while we make every effort to display product colours accurately, the colours you see may vary depending on your monitor settings and may not be entirely accurate.

Product Availability

Product availability indicated on the Site is not guaranteed. Some products may not be available for immediate delivery, and availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to revise, discontinue, or cease offering any product or to cancel any order. If a product is revised or discontinued, we may, at our discretion, ship a product with similar functionality and specifications or cancel your order.

Sizing

We strive to provide accurate sizing information for our products. However, as each item is individually produced, slight variations in size may occur. The size chart provided is for reference only and may not reflect the exact measurements of the final product you receive.

Payment

We accept online payments, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and major e-wallets.
