RETURN and REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Send a clear photo of the damaged item to customer@aqmerch.com and await further instructions.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Applies only to items that do not fit or are unsuitable in appearance (subject to availability).
  • Maximum of one exchange per Order ID/Receipt.
  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or discounted purchases
  • Worn, soiled, washed, or altered items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect care (washing/storing/ironing)
  • Orders via Personal Shoppers or preloved purchases
