RETURN and REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Send a clear photo of the damaged item to customer@aqmerch.com and await further instructions.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Applies only to items that do not fit or are unsuitable in appearance (subject to availability).
- Maximum of one exchange per Order ID/Receipt.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund may be issued.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items or discounted purchases
- Worn, soiled, washed, or altered items
- Items damaged due to incorrect care (washing/storing/ironing)
- Orders via Personal Shoppers or preloved purchases
